These Service Delivery Terms explain how CHAMPAR POINT LTD delivers its custom logo and brand identity design services. They should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
1. Service Overview
CHAMPAR POINT LTD provides online custom logo, brand identity, and related visual design services for businesses, independent brands, entrepreneurs, and other customers.
Customers can select an available design package, submit their project requirements, complete payment through the website, and receive the completed design files electronically.
The delivery timeframe depends on the selected package, project requirements, customer response times, and the number of revisions included in the service.
2. Order Confirmation
After an order has been successfully placed and payment has been received, we will review the order and the information submitted by the customer.
Orders are normally reviewed within 1–2 business days.
If additional information is required before the project can begin, we may contact the customer using the contact details provided during the order process.
The design timeframe will not normally begin until we have received both the required payment and sufficient information to start the project.
3. Submission of Design Requirements
Customers should provide complete and accurate project requirements as soon as reasonably possible after placing an order.
This may include:
- Business or company information
- Preferred design style
- Colour preferences
- Typography preferences
- Intended use of the design
- Relevant reference materials
- Existing visual materials, where applicable
- Other information reasonably required for the selected package
We generally recommend submitting all essential information within 2 business days of placing an order.
Delays in providing the required information may extend the estimated delivery timeframe.
4. Design Development
Once payment and the necessary project information have been received, design work will normally begin within 1–3 business days.
The initial design stage generally takes approximately 5–10 business days, depending on the complexity of the project and the scope of the selected package.
The estimated timeframe is provided as a general guide and is not a guaranteed completion date unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed in writing.
5. Initial Design Presentation
Where the selected package includes an initial design concept or concepts, we will provide the relevant design work electronically for customer review.
The initial presentation will normally be provided within the estimated design timeframe stated for the applicable package.
Customers should review the design carefully and provide clear feedback so that any included revisions can be completed efficiently.
6. Customer Revisions
Where revisions are included in the selected package, customers may request revisions in accordance with the package terms.
Customers should normally provide revision feedback within 3 business days of receiving a design presentation.
We generally aim to process each reasonable revision request within 2–5 business days, depending on the complexity and scope of the requested changes.
Requests for a substantially different design direction or work outside the original project scope may require additional fees and may result in a revised delivery timeframe.
7. Final Design Approval
Once the included design revisions have been completed, the customer will be asked to review the final design.
Customers should notify us of their approval or any remaining applicable revision requests within a reasonable period.
Where no response is received for an extended period, the project may be placed on hold until the customer provides further instructions.
8. Final File Preparation and Delivery
After final approval, we will prepare the agreed design files for electronic delivery.
Final files are normally prepared and delivered within 1–3 business days after final approval, subject to the file formats and materials included in the selected package.
Files may be delivered by email, download link, or another suitable electronic delivery method.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible email address and for ensuring that they have sufficient access to receive and download the files.
9. Estimated Overall Timeframe
For a standard custom logo design project, the typical process may take approximately:
- 1–2 business days: Order and information review
- 1–3 business days: Design project preparation and commencement
- 5–10 business days: Initial design development
- 2–5 business days: Each included revision stage
- 1–3 business days: Final file preparation and electronic delivery
As a general guide, a straightforward project may be completed within approximately 7–20 business days, depending on the selected package and customer response times.
More comprehensive brand identity projects may require additional time.
10. Customer-Caused Delays
Delivery estimates may be extended where a customer:
- Does not provide the required project information
- Provides incomplete or inaccurate information
- Delays providing feedback
- Requests substantial changes to the original requirements
- Does not respond to communications
- Requests additional work outside the selected package
Where a project has been placed on hold because of customer inactivity, the delivery timeframe will resume when the required information or feedback is received.
11. Additional Services
If the customer requests additional design work that is not included in the selected package, CHAMPAR POINT LTD may provide a separate quotation.
Additional work will not normally begin until the additional requirements, applicable charges, and revised delivery timeframe have been agreed.
12. Electronic Delivery
Our design services are delivered digitally. We do not normally provide physical copies of completed logo or brand identity materials unless a separate arrangement has been agreed.
Customers should ensure that their devices and software are capable of opening the file formats included in their selected package.
If a customer experiences a reasonable technical issue accessing the delivered files, they should contact us promptly so that we can review the issue and, where appropriate, provide assistance.
13. Delays Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery timeframes. However, delivery may occasionally be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including significant technical problems, internet or telecommunications failures, third-party service interruptions, or other unforeseen events.
Where a significant delay occurs, we will take reasonable steps to notify the customer and continue the project as soon as reasonably practicable.
14. Delivery Completion
A design service will generally be considered delivered when the final agreed design files have been made available to the customer through the agreed electronic delivery method.
Customers should review the delivered files promptly and notify us of any apparent technical issue or missing file.
