CHAMPAR POINT LTD provides customised logo, brand identity, and visual design services to businesses, independent brands, entrepreneurs, and other customers.
Because our services involve personalised creative work prepared according to each customer’s individual requirements, refunds may depend on the stage of the project and the circumstances of the request.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UK law.
1. Cancellation Before Design Work Begins
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where we receive a cancellation request before design work has started, we will normally provide a full refund of the amount paid, subject to any applicable statutory rights and any costs that cannot reasonably be recovered.
Cancellation requests should be submitted by email to:
Please include your name, order reference, and the email address used to place the order.
We aim to acknowledge cancellation requests within 1–2 business days.
2. Cancellation After Design Work Has Started
Once customised design work has begun, the service is being performed specifically according to the customer’s requirements.
If you request cancellation after design work has started, the amount of any refund may depend on the work already completed, the stage of the project, and applicable UK consumer protection law.
Where appropriate, we may deduct a reasonable amount reflecting services already provided before issuing any applicable refund.
3. Customised Design Services
Our logo and brand identity services are personalised services created specifically for each customer.
Because design work is created according to individual requirements, a customer may not automatically be entitled to a full refund simply because they change their mind after customised work has commenced.
However, this does not affect any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers under applicable UK law.
4. Design Revisions
Where revisions are included in the selected package, customers should use the included revision opportunities to communicate reasonable changes to the design.
A request for a refund will not normally be treated as a substitute for revisions where the service is being provided substantially in accordance with the agreed package and original requirements.
If the delivered work materially fails to correspond with the agreed service, please contact us promptly so that we can review the matter and, where appropriate, provide a reasonable remedy.
5. Dissatisfaction With a Design
If you are not satisfied with the design work, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the relevant design presentation or final files.
Please explain the specific issue and provide any relevant information that will help us review your concern.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:
- A reasonable revision within the scope of the purchased package
- Correction of an error attributable to us
- Completion of an outstanding part of the agreed service
- Another appropriate remedy where required by applicable law
We will assess each case based on the agreed service scope and the circumstances of the project.
6. Incorrect or Defective Digital Files
If the final files contain a technical error, missing file, or other issue that is attributable to us, please notify us within 7 business days of receiving the files.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, correct or replace the affected files.
Where a digital service does not conform to the agreed requirements, we will provide any remedy required by applicable consumer protection law.
7. Duplicate Payments
If you believe you have accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same order, please contact us within 7 business days with the relevant transaction or order information.
After verifying the duplicate transaction, we will arrange an appropriate refund for the additional payment.
8. Additional Services
If additional design work has been separately requested and approved by the customer, any refund relating to that additional service will be considered according to the stage of work completed and the applicable agreement.
Additional work will not normally be refundable once it has been completed, except where a refund is required by applicable law or the service has not been provided as agreed.
9. Refund Approval and Processing
Where a refund is approved, we will normally initiate the refund within 5 business days after the refund decision has been confirmed.
Refunds will generally be made using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
Once the refund has been initiated, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.
We cannot control processing times imposed by third-party financial institutions.
10. Statutory Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the UK, you may have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation, including rights relating to services that are not provided with reasonable care and skill, do not conform to the agreed requirements, or are otherwise subject to statutory remedies.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes those rights.
Where applicable, consumers may have cancellation rights in relation to contracts concluded at a distance. However, the rules applicable to customised services and digital content may depend on whether performance has begun, whether the customer has expressly requested early performance, and whether the applicable statutory requirements have been satisfied.
11. Digital Content
Where completed design files constitute digital content supplied electronically, certain statutory cancellation rights may cease or be affected once the relevant legal requirements for supplying digital content have been met and the customer has expressly consented to the supply beginning before the end of an applicable cancellation period, where such consent is legally required.
We will not rely on an exclusion of statutory rights unless the applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.
12. Non-Refundable Situations
Subject to statutory consumer rights, a refund may not normally be available where:
- The customer has received the agreed service in accordance with the purchased package
- The customer has approved the final design
- The customer requests cancellation solely because they have changed their mind after substantial customised work has been completed
- The customer has requested and received additional work outside the original package
- The customer supplied incorrect or incomplete information that materially affected the project
- The customer fails to respond to reasonable project communications for an extended period
- The customer has already received and accepted the completed digital deliverables
These circumstances do not affect any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Customer Information and Refund Delays
To process a refund or investigate a refund request, we may need to verify order information and transaction details.
If the information required to process the request is incomplete, the review or refund process may take longer.
We will communicate with the customer where additional information is reasonably required.
